  • 1.  To choose multiple users in Queue Agent Detail view

    In the Queue Agent Detail view under performance, there is an option to filter users, it says "filter user(s)", but how do we choose multiple users

    Two ways.  Go to the overview and click the box next to all the agents you want to see then click the Add to Filter button.   Other way is to use the Filter search to add users one at a time or even better, create Teams and add a team at a time.

    You can create a group with all of the agents you want to see, then in the Filter users area, put the group name in and it will pull up anyone in the group.   You create the group through the Directory function.

    Hi Vimal, we do not have a way currently to select multiple users as filters in the queue agent view. Are you trying to narrow down the view to get the performance data corresponding to the specific users within a specific queue?
