  • 1.  "Too many requests" error in agent dashboard with "Widget failed to load" that also causes functionality to fail

    Dashboard showing the agents handle and answer metrics is failing for some of the agents in the dashboard. Sometimes retrying works and toggling Agent Workspace on/off, will cause the dashboard to reload/refresh and increase the occurrence of this error. Is this been happening lately 

    I'm seeing this in the console log:

    Analytics UI diagnostic trace ERROR ["API request failed.",{"message":"Fetch request POST returned a 429","stack":"Error

    Anyone know if this is related to the new UI update? Anybody getting the same issue?

    I checked internally and I have not seen any cases about this. Are you still experiencing this issue?

    They still see them on their dashboard and I can to when I open it up. Like for me I can retry and it would temporary show the agent and their answer/handle but it will appear again after I leave,

    I would recommend opening a case with Product Support so that they can check the logs and see what is making too many API calls.
