I would recommend opening a case with Product Support so that they can check the logs and see what is making too many API calls.

They still see them on their dashboard and I can to when I open it up. Like for me I can retry and it would temporary show the agent and their answer/handle but it will appear again after I leave,

Dashboard showing the agents handle and answer metrics is failing for some of the agents in the dashboard. Sometimes retrying works and toggling Agent Workspace on/off, will cause the dashboard to reload/refresh and increase the occurrence of this error. Is this been happening lately
