    I know we can see the canned responses on the co-pilot dashboard. But I was trying to see if there is a way to see what canned responses are being used and which ones are not being used.

    This seems like another candidate for the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab as there isn't currently a way to see which ones aren't being used in the UI.  Others in the community may be able to come up with a good workaround for this though.
