Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

Hi @Zoltan Juricskay & Team,

Please let us know by when we can expect training content for the New Nav-UI?

Ideally, we expect training videos targeted to various personas using the GenesysCloud, including Admins, Supervisors and Agents. These videos must demonstrate the new Nav-UI and emphasis the aspects relevant to each user-persona.

I understand this change doesn't introduce any new functionality, but we still look forward to receiving adequate training for all users. Such support and empowerment shall enable seamlessly adoption of the New Nav-UI.
