    Hello,

    I would like to check more technical details about the transference to external number, when including the extension by using the data format 31755501116;ext=1234.

     

    ¿It would be possible to check the logs, in order to verify in which format the "1234" value is sent to the destination?

    Hi Anna,

     

    Have you tried the Simulate Call feature? This is located within Telephony, Sites, and then the last option under that specific site. Once you enter in the number string, you will have the ability to view the log and see how we manipulate that number within the dialing plan.

    Thanks Joe, the simulation log indicates the following: the number “+34914805886;ext=1234” does not match any DID or internal extension.

     

    ¿Does it imply that it is only designed to transfer to internal DID with extension defined in PureCloud?

     

    ¿Would it be possible to transfer to an external number with an extension? For example, sending the extension information as DTMF tones? Some PBX allows it, for example in the format +34914805886#1234
