  • 1.  Trigger using Paticipant data.

    Hi team,

    I Just need to confirm is there a topic name is available to trigger if participant data exist in a conversation using trigger

    So i need to trigger workflow if Callback key in participant data is set to Yes.

    I tried v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.attributes but can't able to retrieve the key there 

    can someone help me on this?

    Yes, that is correct you can use this but must be in the proper JSON path in the config. Also, you should change the value of the attribute in the workflow to keep the trigger from repeating. 

    Attribute Trigger
    In this case, the name of the attribute is Failure and value is value.
