  • 1.  trying to delay / schedule callback programmatically

    Im adding number to the callback list via the api. postOutboundContactlistContacts while the api will add to the list you can't set callable to false / it always sets to true

    if the api worked then I could set to callable to true when I was ready to make the call.

     I would like to delay / or schedule when that call takes place. 

    is there an api for scheduling the callback ?

    No replies, thread closed.
    Insert the record then use 1 or 2 fields that a Pre-call rule can look at to check if it should be dialed.  Something like a time field and then count 2 minutes from that time.  Or a flag for Wait and schedule it to be called later.
