  • 1.  Types of Time Off

    No replies, thread closed.
    When the agents request Time Off, they are asked to select a "type" of Time Off. This selection is blank. How do I populate the types?

    That is under WFM then Configuration and Activity Codes.  The code has to be category Time Off and User Selectable.  Unfortunately, I find no way of changing one already in the list except through the API, but pretty simple there once you have the activity code GUID.
