    Since Genesys lost their UK SMS provider on April 1st we've been looking for alternatives.

    It looks like Twilio using the bring your own SMS app is the option.  Does anyone have any positive or negative feedback before we make a Twilio accout?

    Does Genesy expect to have a UK SMS provider again any time soon?

    Hey Daniel,

    I was looking internally and at our announcements and I was unable to corroborate that info. Could you let me know where you were seeing that announcement?

    I would recommend reaching out to the GCV Support team if you have any other questions.

    We were advised by our account manager.  And the UK SMS number we had stopped working on the 1st.
