    Has anyone else been facing issues accessing the Genesys Cloud Resource Center?

    I have noticed that many people are currently running into an error when trying to open help articles, with the page showing a message saying the content cannot be found or may be temporarily unavailable.

    It seems this is not an isolated case, so I wanted to check whether others here are seeing the same behavior.

    Is there already any known issue or ongoing fix for the portal?

    Hey Mateus,

    Are there any articles specifically where you are seeing this happen? I checked a handful or articles, like the ones below and everything loaded fine.

    Hi Jason,

    Yes, the issue happens when using the search bar in the Resource Center.

    If I access articles directly through their links, they load normally. However, when I use the search bar, instead of showing the related articles for the searched term, I get that error page.

    So, in my case, it does not seem to be an issue with specific articles themselves, but rather with the search experience in the portal.

    That is why it may look fine when opening direct links, while still failing when trying to find content through search.

    Do you experience something different when following these steps? Do you still run into the same issue if you clear your cache/browsing history?

    Thanks for checking and for detailing the steps.

    Yes, the issue happens exactly at the search step for me, when I go to:

    https://help.genesys.cloud/search/?s=tls#q=tls&f-sourcedisplayname=Genesys%20Cloud%20Resource%20Center

    Instead of properly showing the related search results, that is where I run into the error page. If I access the article directly through the full URL, it loads fine.

    And yes, I already cleared my cache and browsing history, but the issue still happens.
