  • 1.  Unable to complete Genesys Cloud: Introduction to Workforce Management Configuration

    I'm having an oddity where I cannot complete the 10 minute Intro course which means I cannot complete the Core training. I only noticed as recently looking at Orchestrators. Gone through a few times and made sure I have opened every link and watched the video.

    Anyone else experience this with this course or others that don't have the full section structure?

    Hi Richard, I was able to successfully open and complete the Introduction to Workforce Management Configuration course right now. I would recommend reaching out to Education@Genesys.com and opening a ticket.
