  • 1.  Unable to complete one of the required Platform trainings

    I've completed nearly all of the platform trainings, but I'm currently stuck on the Routing lesson. I've made sure I've logged in and don't have an expired session. I've gone to the end of the training several times, I've tried clicking to exit the training and wait for it to say I've completed it, but the status of the training still says "In Progress." I've tried it on a couple different browsers (Chrome and Firefox). Any suggestions?

    Hi Steve,
     
    I had the same issue, but with a different training. In my case, the certificate was only issued after I emailed beyond@genesys.com, explained the situation, and attached a screenshot showing the course was 100% completed.
