That is not going to work. The AI is a big data mind, not a child mind. It needs a large amount of data to come up with ideas where a child needs a single crayon and a clean wall to come up with tons of creations (experience talking here). Try to get a few more chats going into the system and then go mine yourself some intents. Also, are you sure you have chats and not messages? There are two selections in Intent Miner. Chat is the old style chat that you should not have deployed and Messages are the new messaging channels that have replaced chat.

We have a digital bot which has gone live recently, I am trying to create an Intent miner with the Chat queue and I select a date range (this is in architect).
I get an error all the time "No conversations were found in the given date range. Need a minimum of 50 conversations. Please choose a different date range".
But when I do run for all queues it does work, but I am only after running for the Chat Queue only any one encountered the same issue?
