Workforce Engagement Management

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue while trying to delete an External Metric Definition.

The delete option is currently disabled for me. Based on available documentation and previous responses, I've already tried the following:

• Disabled the metric (waited for end-of-day effect as mentioned)
• Verified and removed the metric from all associated gamification profiles
• I have admin permissions for Performance & Engagement

Despite this, the delete option is still not enabled.

Has anyone encountered this before? Are there any additional dependencies, hidden associations, or permission constraints that might prevent deletion?

Any guidance would be helpful.

Seems like you have already followed the steps mentioned in the resource center - https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/configure-external-metrics-for-performance-scorecards/

Just to confirm, are you viewing all the profiles or only the active profiles?  If you are also viewing inactive and the metric is not assigned to any profiles, 

Please also confirm that you have the following permissions assigned to one of your active roles
