  • 1.  Unable to receive a voucher

    Hello everyone,

    I am planning to take GCP certificate exam by June or July and thinking I have completed mandatory courses to claim the voucher for the exam, but cannot reach out the "enroll" link which my lecturer indicated. The page I visit only provide me the link "View Study Guide".

    Is this mean whether I am missing any mandatory course to claim the exam voucher, or can be different subscription?
    I am probably learning through the GCCX Partner Premier Learning Subscription.

    It would much appreciate if someone can tell me the way how to receive a voucher step by step...

    Hello!

    I had the exact same issue when I was trying to enroll for the certification exam. In my case, the "Enroll" option was not showing (only the "View Study Guide" link was available), even though I had already completed the required courses.

    To resolve it, I sent an email to beyond@genesys.com. They checked my account and found there was an issue with a previous exam enrollment on my profile. After they fixed it, I was able to go back to the course catalog, enroll in the certification exam normally, and then receive the voucher code.

    So I would recommend reaching out to Genesys (via that email) and asking them to verify your enrollment status. Once everything is corrected, the enroll option should appear and the voucher will be sent after enrollment.

    Hi Kei and Thiago. 

    I've faced similar issues in the past. When the button in the website doesn't show the proper enrollment option, you should email the Genesys team at: education@genesys.com. (Beyond is now Education, so I don't know if they are replying to both emails) 

    In additional to that, if you face any technical issue during the exam, then the Kryterion support team is best equipped to assist you in resolving it https://support.kryterion.com/contact/kryterion-support-webform-BJGi_dGq1e
