Scenario: A new user was created in Genesys Cloud, and an invite was sent. However their company email address wasn't created yet, so the user did not receive the invite email. We have now created their company email address, but cannot resend a Genesys Cloud invite from the interface.
When I attempt to Send Invite, the interface says: "User already has a pending invitation".
I have tried setting user to Inactive, then Active, but Send Invite will not resend, just keeps claiming "User already has a pending invitation".
I would consider this a bug.
