  • 1.  Unable to turn off the audiohook integration

    Hi,
    I'm an admin, but when I try to status for the audiohook integration.  
    It shows "Your organization is not authorized for this integration type."  and temporally switch it,  but when I refresh, it's back to its previous state.

    Tested with both chrome and edge.  

    What else can I do?

    You should probably pose this on the Developer Forum where you will get some developers and other more technical people answering the question, but if you ask me, I think the role you have assigned to your Oauth does not have the correct permissions or your token is not refreshing on that initial call.

    Thanks Robert,
    I got a response for this:  We were using Audiohook as beta testers, and since our beta test period ended, the component kept its latest status. We had to go through app foundry to get a new Audiohook integration.  

    Every thing is fine now.
