Do you have business units set as divisions within Genesys? If you do, then from a licensing perspective you can run the billable usage report and get license allocation per month broken down by division using a pivot table. This would also assume you are running a named rather than concurrent license model.
As far as usage that would depend on upon which division is using what service and using a percentage-based model by division for something like AI token usage.
You can run similar reports from the analytics workspace for interaction type and count per division, then factor the cost per interaction and align accordingly for division usage. These can be scheduled to run and be delivered via email monthly.
It's not all one clean report but could easily be built into a spreadsheet to just enter the numbers in on a monthly basis and provide a division/business unit-based billing solution.
