    Can you unassign or disable an agents' role while they are handling interactions, or do you have to wait for them to finish working with interactions?

    Yes, all assignments are live.  Now, say you take away their Communicate license while they are on the phone, that will require them to get off the phone and refresh the browser window, but access permissions should be live and effective as soon as you hit Save.
