    Good morning,

    This morning I was surprised by the appearance of a new interface on EUC1. I started searching for information, and all I found was the information below. Was there information somewhere and I missed it?

    Hi Grzegorz,

    There is a Community specifically for UI updates and there have been several announcements, Community Q&A video, Roadmap announcement and you should have received an email informing you of this either from Genesys or a Partner. Unfortunately for some reason this may have bypassed you.

    You can check the release notes on what's coming each week. This has been mentioned there since the opt-in feature was enabled.

    To support the new UI changes, assuming you also have an Education Learning Subscription, we've updated all 10 of our ILTs/Self-Study with Labs courses, Agent courses and Agent Supervisor courses with the new navigation. Go to Learning Paths | Genesys Beyond and sign in with your Genesys credentials to access these courses.
