The solution I've created is for a specific demographic; technically minded people who want the flexibility afforded by open-source CLI-based tooling to be able to integrate it into their development processes or automated pipelines. Being a software developer, I've come to expect this for any other system I've developed, so I'm trying to do the same for chatbot development - in my own little way.
To this end it is production-ready, and is being used in other companies (using the scripted dialogue feature rather than this new AI feature).
Undoubtedly though, any solution on AppFoundry is a better solution than mine for most users.

Looks interesting but a bear to manage and scale. I know there are several products on AppFoundry that can test both Call Flows and messaging flows like Cyara and Nectar. Do you think you would productize this or just use on your own.

I don't know if this is useful for anyone, but I recently updated my open-source tool, which uses AI to simulate realistic conversations against bots early in their development cycle. The update adds Google's Vertex AI as a new AI/LLM provider.
You can now use either ChatGPT or Google's Vertex AI to simulate realistic conversations with your chatbots to:
- Spot bugs early in the cycle
- Pre-train chatbots with realistic intents
- Catch entity extraction issues early on
- Allow people to inspect and improve the conversation style of their chatbots
It can also be used to perform end-to-end tests, which is especially useful if a customer's journey consists of traversing multiple bots/flows modified by different teams.
