    We are working on creating Outbound dialer Campaign and when trying to upload the excel /CSV file with Arabic content it is displaying as *****. Need to check if there is any settings for uploading calling list with other language content other than English

    Are your headers in English?  I ran into this with Chinese.  I was able to use Chinese in my contact information, but not as a header - seems it only talks English or at least English-based characters.  Try that and let us know.
