Hi,
does anyone else has issues with Edge connections to cloud? Our users started to have following error messages time to time last week in the upper right corner in UI:
Translated" WebRTC connection to Edge server failed. If the problem persist please contact your system administrator"
I would say that this is network problem, but have to convince IT that this is not general problem in Genesys :)
