Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello all, I have set up a group and enabled calling for the group. I have the routing set to Broadcast, but only one of the two members I have assigned is getting the test calls. I removed the member who was able to get calls and left the one who wasnt in the group, tested it and it doesnt connect at all. Any ideas why this would be? They have a communicate license with all the necessary permissions from what I can tell and it still doesnt work.

Does that user who's not getting calls have an extension?

Yep they'll need a DDI or extension each.
