    I tried to find out how many user prompts (by organization) can be added to Genesys Cloud but no info about it, would you please share docs about it?

    There doesn't appear to be a User Prompt limitation.  Just a user prompt size limitation.  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/call-prompts/
