User unable to add Agent profile section to their profile or others. When someone else adds it the profile section is locked

    User use to be able to add the agent profile section to their profile including others and now they can't. If an admin tries adding it the user is unable to edit it. Is there a specific permission to allow users to add that section to their profile and others? I see they have the base general permission to edit their profile. We tried adding a few others but none of them allow them to add that specific agent section.

    Hi Jason have a look at the Directory roles, this should enable the agents to amend the view if this is not already selected.
