Hello, i've been trying to setup livechat for website that my company has. i wanted to actually get phone number and address from the customer from the form webchat form that showed up at first we click on the livechat button, can i do that without the userData just like i can get customer first name, last name, and email from the form?

Yes, you can add additional fields to the form. Depending on how you want to use the data, will determine what you name them. There are specific attributes that will automatically get exposed to the Interaction Details page. If you want them to show there, you have to use those specific attributes (there are 3 custom fields available for that purpose). If you are not looking to have them in the Interaction Details page, and just want to retrieve them in an architect flow, then the name can be whatever you want, and then you would retrieve it in your architect flow via get participant data. Those would contain a prefix of "context."

Thank you for your respond, i have one more question

what about the userdata that i wanted to be filled with the form? for example customer can fill their address and phone number through the form because the default doesnt has that? how to make this userdata able to filled from the form?
