Yes, you can add additional fields to the form. Depending on how you want to use the data, will determine what you name them. There are specific attributes that will automatically get exposed to the Interaction Details page. If you want them to show there, you have to use those specific attributes (there are 3 custom fields available for that purpose). If you are not looking to have them in the Interaction Details page, and just want to retrieve them in an architect flow, then the name can be whatever you want, and then you would retrieve it in your architect flow via get participant data. Those would contain a prefix of
"context."
