  • 1.  Users not getting inbound call sound notifications

    No replies, thread closed.

    I have two users that, as of saturday morning, are not getting inbound call sound notifications. They get a popup notifiying about the call, but no sound... no ringer. notification settings are all on. sound settings are all on and correct. ideas?

    Hi Matt,

    Are they using the desktop app or a browser, browsers can have there own sound settings.  Also worth checking the computer settings for the specific application/browser and even Do not disturb modes in the OS.

    Maybe others in the community can provide other things they have seen cause similar issues.
