I have a user who is unable to search for other users in the org, when she searches by name it simply says no results found. I this only appears to be happening on one user so far. Has anyone seen this before? I have checked permissions and they are all there.

Hello Andrew,

Division assignment of user affects indexing when trying to search for other users. Might be worth to check if this sole user is assigned to a different Division. I have experienced something similar to what you described, and I was able to resolve it by placing the users in the same Division.
