Hello,

We are working on some scripts to pull historical data from Genesys Cloud via API calls, to a SQL server for Tableau reports. We are using the API explorer which is a great tool in assisting us in develop these scripts.

Currently we are using:

/api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query

/api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/members

Checking to see if anyone else is pulling data via API to Tableau, to see what other API calls we should be using. Our goals is mainly pulling all historical information.
