Also, if you are a CI/CD kind of shop you can use CX as Code and Terraform/Open Tofu to manage the IaaS and something else for the automation to migrate changes from QA to prod :-)

Subject: Using SCIM for multiple Genesys Roles
Hello Tim,
I'm not aware of any limitation that is only allowing 1 role to be assigned per user. I would recommend taking a look at this article from the Resource Center and check that the JSON schema is correct.
As for a test environment, you can do that in 1 of two ways. The first would be to setup a completely separate, new organization. The other would be to utilize Divisions within the org. Both options have their pros and cons. To get started with either option, you should contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Technical Account Manager (TAM). They can:
- Discuss your specific testing needs
- Provide detailed pricing information
- Help determine the best option for your organization
- Guide you through the setup process

Subject: Using SCIM for multiple Genesys Roles
Hi All,
We currently have Genesys roles assigned using SCIM via Azure. At this time we are only able to assign one role per user. Does anyone here have experience with setting up multiple Genesys roles for SCIM?
Also, my cloud security team has mentioned setting up a QA environment for testing. Does anyone have experience setting up a test environment?
Thank you,
-Tim
