I am looking at some ideas around the following Problem "We need to be able to verify a callers ID before they speak to an IT Service Desk expert and also use the same identity verification to reset/unlock passwords via the IVR if needed"
We don't have users phone numbers so can't use that. We utilize OKTA for 2FA and I see there is a product called Caller Verify - https://www.okta.com/integrations/caller-verify/ but I am sure there other solutions or some bright ideas you lot might have
