  • 1.  Verify customer information in chat flow

    New to chat flows (proficient with voice flows)....Want to verify what i am finding.   After customer clicks start chat, we search on email through data action.  We then want to confirm SSN and phone.  is the only way to do this through connecting to bot?  If so, is the best way to use slots?  I have it working but seems like it should be easier than i am making it to verify what the customer is inputting in the chat window.

    Best is to use a Bot for this.  It can wait for responses and provide feedback.  Use the built-in bot flows.
