One of my customers has a very specific request. What they want for their agents, is to see all dashboards with contact center statistics and user status, but not to see any of 'my performance' views. I did some tests with custom role settings, but it looks like dashboards and 'my performance' share this one permission:
Analytics > Conversation Aggregate > View
When I take it away they don't see 'my performance' but also they don't see all dashboards they should, when I add it back, they see all of the dashboards they should see but then they also see 'my performance'.
The desired business scenario is that agents working from home can keep an eye on the live contact center activity (as they would see it displayed on a wallboard while working from the office) but they should not see their call statistics nor their colleagues' statistics.
Does anyone know a solution to this?
