I would be interested in hearing more about experience with voice biometrics too.
Would voice biometrics negate the need for customers having to ID&V within the IVR? This would be incredible!
Have you had success using a voice activated IVR?
We are also looking into implementing this. There are concerns that it may not pick up all accents and voices if there is background noise.
Have you got a hybrid set up with manual IVR selection as a back up?
