    Hello there,

    I have a requirement that is when a Call Center Agent makes manual outbound call to an external contact they want that the Contact Name appear in the interacions report instead the phone number. I'm planning to have a custom report but I don´t know how to make a relation between interactions with external contact in order to match them and get the contacts name.

    In analytics data, the external contact ID is on the participant.

    Than you Tim,

    I looked at the analytics data but found this "remoteNameDisplayable": "Mobile Number, Ecuador" instead the external contact name. I don't know how to match them.

    Look for the external contact ID on the participant:
