    Hello,

    I didn't find any Information about this. Is there any limit on the duration of Voicemails? Like A customer can only talk 3 Minutes on the Voicemail until the recording automatically stops? If not, is it possible to configure this?

    Yes and it defaults to 3 minutes.  To change it go to Organization Settings, choose the settings tab, and scroll down to Maximum Voicemail Length.
