We're exploring new ways to enhance AI-powered bot flow creation, and we want your feedback!
We're conducting research on a feature that lets you create AI-powered assistants, like Virtual Agents, by writing natural language instructions, using generative AI to assist end-users in completing tasks. Instead of building a process flow in Architect, you write a set of natural language instructions, similar to a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document, in a step-by-step format.
We want your feedback!
