    Currently working through implementation of the V2 widget and everything is great. Just trying to determine the best method of sending chat transcriptions to customers. The only method I can see is using the API to make a call to grab the conversation data and then parse this into a coherent response.

    Curious to see if anyone else is doing anything similar or has other ideas on how to achieve this?

    Hi Eric,

    Yes, the added capability to download the transcript is great. One thing that would be nice is easy access to this file to send through following the chat interaction, via an email.
