Currently working through implementation of the V2 widget and everything is great. Just trying to determine the best method of sending chat transcriptions to customers. The only method I can see is using the API to make a call to grab the conversation data and then parse this into a coherent response.
Curious to see if anyone else is doing anything similar or has other ideas on how to achieve this?
