    Hello,

    I am testing co-browsing and I am facing a blocker.

    On the customer's end, this is what I see. I tried incognito, different browsers (Firefox and Chrome). We tried with my colleague, and both face the same grey square not loading anything.

    Has someone had the same situation? Is there anything we are missing to enable co-browsing?

    Hi Louis - we need more information to investigate this behavior. Could you please raise a ticket with Genesys Cloud Customer Care?

    I just tried it myself on Prod region, and it's working fine: you should see a Co-browse offer card inline.
