Is it possible to do the following with web messaging. 1) Edit texts on chats in real time 2) Real time intervention from a manager for the agent that could be struggling on a chat. 3) Go back to the customer if a response is taking longer than 2 minutes, with an automated response that says "we're still investigating your order".
I am also getting the attached error from the bot i have built. I have built some slots but it doesn't appear to pass the slot even though i am entering the correct information.
