  • 1.  Web messaging - message format and emojis

    I have two quick questions. 

    One, is there a setting to disable emojis in Web Messaging interactions?

    Two, if my Knowledge Bench 2.0 knowledgebase has articles containing html formatting, they appear properly when presented in Support Center, but in Agent Assist, they show as text with html markup.  What did I miss?

    Hi! In terms of selective Emoji's support, the suggested Idea will be considered as possible improvement in Agent Workspace, across all Messaging channels. Regarding Knowledge rendering: indeed, we have future plans to enhance layout. Thanks for raising the Ideas!
