I have two quick questions.
One, is there a setting to disable emojis in Web Messaging interactions?
Two, if my Knowledge Bench 2.0 knowledgebase has articles containing html formatting, they appear properly when presented in Support Center, but in Agent Assist, they show as text with html markup. What did I miss?
