  • 1.  Web Messaging - plain text canned responses

    Web messaging is a capable channel - I can present knowledge articles with formatting and send responses formatted with rich text and hyperlinks.  

    Canned responses are capable of supporting hyperlinks, rich text, and images.

    Why, when I use canned responses in a web messaging interaction, are they shown as plain text?

    Good question.  I know @Angelo Cicchitto is working on support for the rich media, tables, and proper URL formatting.
