Hi,
I'm trying from an agent script to add a blind transfer button to another Web Messaging queue, but with a specific skill and language skill.
Ex: Client reaches the General web messaging queue with English as a language skill and the agent needs to transfer the client to the General web messaging queue with Spanish as a language skill.
I found the Script Blind transfer action, but I can only select a queue not an associate skill.
