Hi Rithik - have you checked the "Free Seating" setting in Org Settings? It means agents can login to any other offline station, this might be affecting it. If not, then I would open a support ticket with Genesys.

First time posting a question in community.Whenever the person is logging out of genesys environment they have to reassign their web rtc phone after logging.This happens everytime the person logs out intentionaly.Does this happen or do we have a solution for it.I have assigned deafult phones also to the users but still they have to select their webrtc phone.
