    Web Survey for email interactions has a 72 hours delay in sending survey interactions after the agent's last response to the interaction - Create a web survey policy - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Does anyone know if there is a way we could change the 72 hours to a different value, or is there an option to change this behavior?

    At the moment there isn't an option to change that behaviour, if you haven't already please vote on that idea via the portal https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-461
