Web Survey for email interactions has a 72 hours delay in sending survey interactions after the agent's last response to the interaction - Create a web survey policy - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
Does anyone know if there is a way we could change the 72 hours to a different value, or is there an option to change this behavior?
