Hi!
I'm struggling to get working web survey after email interaction.
I have created simplest survey flow with hardcoded email destination address and just survey.url as message body.
The same policy is applied to both chat and email media, but in case of chat interaction everything works as expected (Status is Sent and survey is received), but after email iteraction (on the same queue as chat) in Performance->Interactions I see result of Survey Status and Survey Form as Pending and nothing is sent out.
I have tried to assign different survey flows and create policies for different queues, but result in all cases is Pending
How to troubleshoot this situation?
