  • 1.  web WebRTC multiple popup for salesforce integration

    I have  a call center using the salesforce integration and seem that few of the agents will occasionally have more then 1 WebTRC popup , and have 1 time it went up to 5 pop up . not sure how I can troubleshoot or work on this issue . never seen this before

    Are you popping into a new tab to a new window?  If the later, you can expect to see this.  Also, are you using any add-ins to isolate browser tab sessions?  That can also cause this.

    Do your reps need to refresh the full Salesforce website while on calls? If not, just disable the popup (at a per-rep level, in their user settings). If folks are refreshing, but only to update info within Salesforce - get them using the little down-arrow to refresh certain records in SF... then disable the popup.
